'This is really hilarious after the fact': Pharmacist and male-Karen customer shouting match turns into something straight out of Comedy Central

Have you ever found yourself in a situation that got so escalated and was so messed up, that it was actually funny? Like, it surpassed the point of being taken seriously and just went right to hilariously ridiculous? In the moment, things usually feel intense and upsetting, but then when you look back on them, you can't help but laugh because like… wtf??? LOL That's exactly what happened to this Walmart pharmacist. She was working when an entitled customer, aka a male-Karen, came through the door. The file literally noted "problem customer," so she was already buckling up mentally. Their initial exchange was a lot of him being rude and her taking a deep breath and ignoring it. But when he decided to return just to write a complaint about her, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Now, things got out of hand and it truly transcended into that laughable WTF world.

    wouldn't hesitate for a second to ban them. It's not hard to be nice to service workers dealing with the public. In fact I go out of my way to be nice cause working at counter is hard. A smile and not being an ss goes a long way.
