Person was picking up medication while on the phone with is friend or whoever. There was a controlled substance that required an ID. I
  • 04
process the ID and the computer asks me what is his relation to the patient(he wasn't the patient). He gives me an annoyed look. I ask him again,
  • 05
saying the computer is prompting me to ask him. He then says "We both have the same last name, what do you. think?" I turn the monitor to face him, showing him
  • 06
my screen, and tell him "sir I just need to check off something". He then says "my sister" with an attitude, I turn the screen back, hit other, and proceed.
  • 07
He then tells the person on the phone "What a stupidking it's my wife..." question, I get annoyed, but kept my mouth shout, continued and finished everything. Once I
  • 08
packaged his medicine and stapled the receipt and paperwork to the bag, I dropped it on the desk and stormed off. He then said "You didn't have to throw it like that you fat 1 <" but I
  • 09
ignored him and kept walking away. He left, and then the pharmacist and I laughed about him calling me a fat Three minutes later the customer returned, and
  • 10
called out to the pharmacist saying he needed to make a complaint against me because I threw his medication.
  • 11
I immediately yell out "Well, you shouldn't have said what a stupid king question!" He then flipped out at started screaming,

He then flipped out at started screaming, saying he didn't give a 1 ft, so I said it right back to him, I don't give af either. The I pharmacist tried to deescalate but she couldn't get a word in

because the customer and I were both yelling f you at each other at this point. Things were getting really obnoxious, so I
  • 14
loudly say "Alright, have a good day!" but then he just screamed back even louder "You have a 1 ting good day!" and then I screamed that back louder. He literally kept going as he was leaving screaming it, and

I'm petty enough to want the last word so we were both literally screaming "Have a good 1 king day!" from across the store at each other when we were well out of sight from each

other(this is really hilarious after the fact) The pharmacist was on my side, though obviously I handled that really poorly. I'm sure the manager will want a follow up discussion with what happened today. I

don't usually have a temper, so I'm not sure why this guy set me off so much. Mostly, the pharmacist is just worried about getting a 1 star survey review, because our
  • 18
district manager is really strict about that, and we have on the customers wife's profile that she is a "problem patient" and that she's left many bad reviews in the past before.
  • 19
There's not really a point to this post, I guess I just needed to vent. I guess I went too far screaming profanities loud enough that it carried across the store, and I probably deserve to get fired for that Imao.

MeowCow55. 3 days ago We had a guy threaten to come and physically assault our staff because his doctor hadn't called in his prescription yet (100% an empty threat, but we took it at face value). He

I don't care if you're frustrated or having a bad day. It happens to me too. It doesn't give you the right to lash out at strangers.

LopsidedBarracuda44. 3 days ago It's not their problem. I don't go to my doctor and tell him or his receptionist they're 1 ting idiots for asking questions. I've

wouldn't hesitate for a second to ban them. It's not hard to be nice to service workers dealing with the public. In fact I go out of my way to be nice cause working at counter is hard. A smile and not being an ss goes a long way.
